Cortney Cooper

Head of Client Services

If customer service representatives were metals, Cortney Cooper would be platinum 190. In an age of a decline in customer service, calling a business and speaking with someone as friendly and knowledgeable as Cortney is rare. She is one of the first points of contact for our clients and she is also responsible for billing as well as coordinating our teleradiology accounts.

Karen Brewer

Client Services Representative

Karen Brewer is one of those rare people who celebrates life every moment of every day. She literally danced her way into our hospital and lives, and she has also been known to sing obnoxiously. She is the proud parent of a new baby boy and is also the owner of a chocolate Lab who we all suspect is part horse. In addition to her dancing, singing, and parenting skills, she also knows massage therapy. Sorry, guys, she’s taken!
